If you're new to the process of buying/selling domains, here's how our order process works:

1. We receive your purchase and confirm pricing and method of payment with you and provide any necessary payment information. We also indicate which registrar(s) the domain(s) are located so you can choose between transfer options (see below)
2. You send payment per the option you have chosen and the payment information we have provided.
3. The transfer of ownership of the domain can commence once payment has cleared. An account push (a transfer at the registrar the domain is located) can be completed with any domain whereas a domain transfer (a transfer to a different registrar) is sometimes not an option due to initial 60-day lock periods instituted by ICANN. You would select which option you wish to proceed with.
4a. If account push is chosen, you would provide us with the registrar account details we'll have requested. We then compete the account push ASAP within 24 hours. Some registrars require a specific action by you to complete the account push, and we would indicate what needs to be done.
4b. If domain transfer is chosen, we unlock the domain and provide the authorization code you will need during the transfer process. You then order the domain transfer at the registrar of your choice. Domain transfers can take from 2 to 7 businesses days to complete depending on current registrar of the domain.
